Floor prep varies depending on the type of finish to be applied. Generally with all finishes, the floor gets a deep cleaning removing all dirt, grease, and old coatings. In cases where an abrasive must be used extra care is exercised to avoid any permanent fixtures.

Epoxy is our most popular finish. After a floor prep, (following the manufacturers instructions) the epoxy is applied. Egress, Logos, or Safety Markings can be added and embedded for a permanent and professional appearance.

Polishing concrete has become more and more popular among building owners who want to create a clean and natural look. After floor prep, the concrete is ground smooth using diamond coated flat blades. This continues until the desired gloss level is achieved and the floor is sealed.
